AnaLight® Instrument Service

Our qualified Service Team is dedicated to ensuring the optimum performance from your AnaLight® instrument. A range of service contracts is available to suit customer needs.

Our Service Team documents each instrument's history through performance against qualified service protocols and provision of full service reports at every visit.

All customers holding current service contracts receive full telephone support for their applications, technical issues and the maintenance of their AnaLight® instrument.

12 Month Maintenance Cover 1 x scheduled PM visits per year including replacement of expendable parts during visit.  Includes full telephone applications, technical and service support.  Breakdown and emergency call out charged extra for all parts labor and travel. 2009-005AS
12 Month Extended Warranty As 2009-005AS above with inclusive breakdown cover, parts, labor, and travel. Standard response time for breakdown cover of 2 working days. 2009-003AS
12 Month Premium Cover As 2009-003AS above, plus 1 extra service visits per year and also including all software, firmware, computer ware (within version) upgrades free of charge. 2009-001AS

Farfield also offers tailored Extended Warranty options that cover instruments from installation date until any future date specified.
